CCAS Member Early Bird Fee (registration and payment must be received on or before October 4) -- $495
CCAS Member Fee (for member institutions after 10/04/10) -- $550
Non-Member Fee -- $650
Note: $100 of this registration fee can be applied to CCAS membership for your institution. Please write ccas@wm.edu for details.
One-Day Only Fee (for non-members who are listed in the program) -- $175

CANCELLATIONS:
All requests for refunds must be in writing.  Requests made prior to November 3 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.  After November 3, no refunds will be issued due to catering guarantees.
