Gender Issues Committee
The internal Standing Committee articulates with the leadership/management structure of CCAS and is composed of representatives of the CCAS Board and additional individuals from the CCAS membership.

The role of the Standing Committee:
• To advise the project staff as to the appropriateness of project activities.
• To ensure that gender equity content and activities are being infused into CCAS’ professional development programs in a sustainable way.
• To suggest additional ideas and approaches to ensure that this goal is met.
• To build support within the membership for project activities.
