Seminar for Dept Chairs/Heads
This 3-day immersive, in-person seminar is designed specifically for department chairs and academic unit leaders. Through interactive sessions and real-world case studies, participants will gain practical strategies for resource management, conflict resolution, faculty retention, and effective collaboration with deans. Up to four chairs per institutions can attend.
The seminar is open to chairs/heads at accredited baccalaureate degree granting institutions. Due to space limitations, no more than FOUR chairs from the same institution will be admitted. The first 50 requests will be accepted; additional requests will be waitlisted in order of receipt.
